- Rochester, New York
- Milwaukee-Waukesha-West Allis, Wisconsin
- Albany-Schenectady-Troy, New York
The bottom 5 are Tampa-St. Petersburg, Detroit, Atlanta, Orlando, and Dallas-Forth Worth.
