In early 2008, we talking about the “new” Loan Level Price Adjustments (LLPA) being levied by Fanne Mae and Freddie Mac. At that point, you could see the importance of credit score looming on the horizon.
Minimum FICO levels are higher than anytime in recent history and those LLPA’s, well, they’re still around.
